One of the most exciting new products has to be the Home Theatre Watch from Gadget Universe.Looking for a cool gadget for your friend or family member? This baby is a “must have” for the music or movie buff. Hey ladies, you might even be able to squeeze out a kiss from your loveable techie for getting him this. It surely will keep him out of trouble for awhile, and with the watch and date feature, he won’t have an excuse to not remember your birthday or to not be on time for your date.

I am usually good at figuring out gadgets in general. This took me a little readiing and a call to my buddy Jared. Thanks Jared, after our conversation I was able to get this figured out with ease. Within 45 minutes, I had uploaded a full feature movie and some of my favorite songs onto the watch and was relaxing, enjoying my new gadget.

In my opinion, the directions in the manual could be clearer, so I will go through some important information. First, if you are wanting to watch movies - install the software that comes with the watch onto your computer’s hard drive. When you have picked out a movie or if you have taped your favorite tv show, take that file and convert it using the converting software. If it is close to 1.5 gigabytes (like mine was) be prepared for it to take some time to do its magic. Once it is converted to an NXV file, it is ready to download to your watch. Plug the mini side of the USB cord into the unit and the larger side into the computer. You will see when the USB is connected that the watch will automatically be in TRANSFER mode. Just transfer the files and you are good.

For MP3 audio, just download the songs like you would normally from the computer to the watch.

Don’t be turned off by the little 1.5 inch OLED screen. The video output is awesome. What amazes me even more is the high quality 3D stereo sound coming through the headphone speakers!

Gadget Universe has made me one happy guy. I am ready to go out and impress all my friends.
